Zdrav i ukusan doručak!

Evo jednog recepta za zdrav doručak:

150 g ovsenih nabubrelih pahuljica

1-2 banane iseckane

1 supena kašika kokosovog proteina

4-5 urmi

kašičica organskog kakaa

pola kašičice cimeta

Sve to zajedno izmešati u dubokom tanjiru.
